Carnitas y Tortas Ahogadas Guadalajara first opened its doors in 2014 with the sole objective of being and bringing the best Guadalajara to Las Vegas, Nevada. Through a shared vision, teamwork and with the best flavors and spices of Jalisco, three friends were able to start our business. Today, our menu consists of tortas ahogadas, birrias, carnitas, crispy tacos dorados and savory ‘tacos de canasta’ that have a unique taste like no other in the region.

Our traditional plates are always made with the freshest quality ingredients and with a time honored family recipe that has endured for over 4 decades.

Our Torta Ahogada is made with authentic birote “salado” bread baked fresh in house and accompanied by our exquisite Michoacan style carnitas.
